My initial career pursuit began with accounting. Shortly after I began my Bachelor’s studies I elected to change my career path to finance management, which is the field that I completed the mass majority of my bachelor’s studies in. I knew it would require me to work harder than accounting would, but I ultimately switched to finance management as it would allow me to assist my clients in ways that accounting would not. I strove to learn all I could & proudly earned a cumulative GPA for my associates degree of 3.94 & I held a 4.0 throughout my bachelor’s studies.

Sometime after life had blessed my husband & I with parenthood, I made the best choice in my life. I chose to set down my career aspirations to be a full-time mom! It was only in hindsight that I later realized providing bookkeeping services would be what suited me best! Ultimately it boiled down to the fact that I enjoy helping people achieve their goals… but doing so in the world of finance was not as appealing as, the less stressful choice, bookkeeping. Once I realized that bookkeeping would provide me with, what I felt to be, similarly valuable services to clients striving to reach their goals… with a whole lot less stress & more family time, the choice was easy. Bookkeeping was my calling!
